 HR Generalist duties which include recruiting for a Corporate Headquarters office in a fast growing Global Company. Strategically match quality candidates to Company culture Proactive in recruiting initiatives to build external candidate pool. Responsible for recruiting procedures from offer to on boarding all new hires. Provide guidance to hiring managers in recruiting as well as employee relations matters.

Currently seeking full time position in Human Resources in the area of compliance and/or as a recruiter

 Responsible for staffing candidates for positions in the Telecom Region Operations organization. Provide guidance and consultation to hiring managers and other strategic partners on staff related issues. Posted job requisitions and source appropriate internal candidate pools to provide a diverse slate of qualified candidates. Calculated/negotiated salary offers based on policy guidelines, peer equity analysis and/or compensation consultation. Responsible for identification and implementation of process improvements to support Verizon’s strategic imperative to improve efficiency and productivity. Supported efforts to update and improve web-based management staffing tools. Provided coaching to employees on career development, including resume reviews.

Provided assistance, interpretation, guidance and consultation to line management on Human Resource policies, programs and practices. Conducted compliance investigations, both internal and external, which included all areas of employment discrimination under federal and state laws, hostile work environment and sexual harassment. Maintained an on-line database with all case activity to assist in making compliance recommendations for corrective action based on past practice. Trained both associates and management in EEO issues
