Ann has over 25 years' assessment experience working across the public and private sectors. She has designed and delivered selection and development programmes from graduate entrant to CEO positions. She has contributed to the development of a range of leadership diagnostic tools and tests, and has substantial experience of 360 feedback. Much of her work has contributed to organisational development and talent management programmes. She is accustomed to working closely with senior clients, advising Board level selection panels and enabling organisations to develop their in-house assessment expertise through interview and assessment training.
