I have over 35 years of experience in the field of cognitive diversity, innovation, and learning, and I am passionate about helping thinkers, teams, and organizations achieve better results and performance. As the Chair of the Board and Chief Thought Leader at Herrmann, I lead the development and creation of thought leadership in partnership with our clients and partners, based on our extensive data and research on thinking and cognitive diversity. I am very fortunate to work with the worlds top C Suites as an advisor and thought partner.My mission is to apply the practical implications of neuroscience, learning, and ongoing research using our HBDI database of over 3 million thinkers from around the globe, to address the issues and themes that matter most to individual thinkers, teams, and organizations worldwide.
