Cost optimisation and financial account review

I am a subject Matter Expert on Enterprise and APN customers, performing deep dive analysis on Enterprise Customer contacts, addressing complex account and billing issues, as well as French Language support.My position also entails interfacing with other AWS teams including Account management teams, Service Teams and Support. I am Point of contact on Executive level escalations; I also drive projects that improve support-related processes, as well as assisting in building our internal knowledge base and training materials, onboarding new Enterprise support level customers, and i am a cost optimization specialist.

Interface with Amazon Web Services Developer Support Reps.Interact directly with AWS Developer community to resolve support issues. Providing prompt, efficient, detailed, customer-oriented service to AWS customers.Working with other customer support teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality level of support.Being a voice and advocate for AWS customers.Working with AWS customers to understand how they use AWS services, and providing valuable feedback to business and development teams.Acting as an advocate for AWS customers, reporting and acting on observed areas for improvement.Actively seeking solutions to customer needs, communicating trends to leadership, and suggesting innovative solutions on behalf of the customer experience.Assisting with customer communication during AWS critical launches and support events.Assuming responsibility for developing detailed knowledge about specific product lines and features.Making sure internal knowledge reference pages are updated.

Managing Major clients and projects, attending Tender meetings and assisting the Director.
