Centraljersey.com was founded in 1995 and was launched on March 12, 1996. Packet newspapers serve more than 40 municipalities in six New Jersey counties.As Operations Manager, I was responsible for IT and Customer Service, as well as the administration of annual postal budget in excess of $1M. Other duties included hiring and training, Direct Mail, and full reporting to all levels of managementAccomplishments included:· Automating USPS statements, resulting in dramatic expense savings annually· Development of specialized contract with USPS regarding 2nd class regulations· Creation of retention and reader enhancement programs

This led into a full-time opportunity as a Systems Manager in IT.
