- Manages all Primrose trainings for new hires- Trains leadership team on Primrose trainings through SC Endeavors platform- Maintains the Primrose School of SC training courses through SC Endeavors- Designs flyers, banners, brochures, fact sheets, event signage, invitations, and training materials as needed - Assists the Franchise Owner in writing content for key organization publications including: The Primrose School of Greenville & Midtown Greenville newsletters, Annual Reports, and Annual Marketing Plan- Represents the Primrose School of Greenville and Midtown Greenville at scheduled school events and in the community- Manages the coordination of all fundraising and school events- Secures vendors and partnerships, as needed- Knowledgeable of all aspects of Primrose Schools- Assists with the organization and implementation of daily, weekly, monthly, and annual operations, as needed- Schedules and lead Super Sales Meetings on a weekly basis at both schools- Establishes and maintains internal communications to keep staff informed of the work of the organizations
