As Business Analyst at Danske Bank I have many different roles. My key role is to be the link between IT development and the related business area.New requirements and changes from business side must be analyzed. When analyzing the requirements and changes it’s essential to have good relationship to many areas in Danske Bank because the analyze mostly involves many different parts. I do have these good relations – both professionally as well as socially. As a part of analyzing it’s a natural part for me to deal with risks, and to highlight those where appropriate. The analyze part results in documentation for further use in the development phase. When the development is done I am participating in the testing, implementation and also training phase if needed.I have daily contact/meetings with our Business side because I also has a role as Project manager assistant for our area where we are one point of entry. In this role I must follow up on status on many different tasks and inform Business side about this. This also means that I assist when questions arise from Business.It gives me a lot of job satisfaction that I have contact with many different persons in my daily work. I think that a positive and friendly mindset is essential for having a good relationship with all collegaues and customers.

In year 2005 IBM took over Maersk Data and i got the role IT specialist.As IT specialist at IBM I was a link between IT development for Public customers and the related business area. Daily customer contact gave me major knowledge about their needs. It gave me input for analyzing needs and afterwards specifying requirement. And ensuring the understanding for both users and developers. Handling risks change requests and further on.I was also organizing customer education. Conducted these and created needed documents for this.Being a bridge between the two worlds to ensure we understand each other became my mission. A mission that I suceeded and that gave us very good results and IT solutions with high quality and happy customers.

I was employed in the Agriculture department as Developer consultant. Where I was a link between IT development and Agriculture customers. Requirements from customers where analyzed and by meetings verified by customers. This where documented and was input for the development phase. I was also a part of test and the implementation phase. When new customers on the systems I also was a part of the education team.It was very exciting to be involved in the customers world and help to transfer their needs to IT.

Bytoften, Risskov

In the Operation department I was responsible for the physical output for all customers related to LEC. Different types of printers where handled. And output was printed and sent to customers.I also was handling tape units which where input to the different operation jobs.

After ended education as office trainee I was offered a job in the Tax department. Here I was handling different tax cases but also all round office routines.
