About Anni Sten Søgaard

As a PA/EA for senior executives for over 25 years, my primary task has been to ensure that the leader’s day proceeds as smoothly as possible. I achieved this by always staying ahead of the calendar and gathering relevant materials for upcoming meetings. I am a highly responsible individual who takes great pride in delivering tasks of the highest quality within the agreed-upon time frame. I achieve this by deeply engaging with the task, aligning expectations with various stakeholders, and subsequently gathering necessary information and materials for task completion. My trustworthy and calm demeanor allows me to navigate all levels of the organization and involve relevant individuals in solving various tasks. Over the years, I have handled several independent tasks, including planning and coordinating workshops for 150 leaders, organizing meetings for over 4000 employees, and facilitating courses for both staff and executives with external instructors. In my free time, I have always been involved in gymnastics, both as an active participant and as an instructor. In 2015, I was part of a trio that founded a new gymnastics association, where I was elected chairman during the inaugural general assembly. Leading volunteers during the startup process further enhanced my skills as a proactive, resourceful, and independent worker.
