Throughout my educational career, I have had a lot of time to explore and and pursue many passions and career paths. I have extensive experience in customer service, academic research, administration, and community engagement, and a passion for working with and supporting children and youth. In addition, my time at Sauder through the Masters of Management programme has made me realize that I have an affinity towards process optimization and project management and coordination, so this is where my current career interests lie! PHSA provides province-wide specialized health services through its services and programs.I currently work for the Provincial Health Services Authority (PHSA) as part of the Provincial Digital Health & Information Services' (PDHIS) Department, under the Digital Health Innovation (DHI) team. I am involved with vendor/resource management, coordinating all steps throughout the hiring process from drafting Statements of Work to evaluating and interviewing candidates. These resources are critical in supporting and leading several programs and projects within IMITS, aiming to create a more seamless healthcare information system across BC. After 6 months, I have also been brought on as a part-time Project Coordinator for the Knowledge Base and Decision Support (KBDS) project under the HealthLink BC Transformation program, which is one of the program's key transformation initiatives. KBDS will provide a trusted source of health information, assist citizens with navigation and self-service within HealthLink BC.I am always someone who loves to learn and challenge myself, exploring and developing transferrable skills through a wide variety of experiences. I enjoy working with people and making connections, so I am looking forward to meeting you!
