Best-Matic is a company with 2 main departments : 1) packaging machinery for every industry (food, farma, logistics, graphic, etc...) and 2) finishing equipment for the graphic arts industry. We advice customers on the best solutions for their application, we sell the machines and we have a dedicated technical team for the after-sales service. I started in a junior sales position and grew into senior management, as co-owner. I learned all about sales in a technical B2B environment. I trained and coached the sales reps as well. Also general management such as HR, stock management, financial management, marketing, etc were part of my daily job. Since 2018 I am fully occupied with our packaging solutions department which is a growing segment.
