Currently completing a Graduate Certificate in Creativity, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship in UCD. My motivation to join this course stems from my aspiration to implement my ideas through the fair exchange of support and resources from others creative entrepreneurial minds. I am trained and have worked as a Graphic Designer, fitness instructor, executive coach and I currently volunteer in with a variety of charitable organisations. My passion is to promote mental health through educational online courses, webinars, work collaborations and coaching sessions.
