- Manager of the Quality Department- Planning, performing and reporting of the technical audit and related quality control checks in accordance with ISO 17025- Making up the inventory, analyzing and reporting quality related problems and complaints- Set up of validation plans, releasing equipment and working methods based on the test results- Introduction of control charts for the monitoring of the accuracy of the equipment and working methods - Introduction, planning and monitoring of first, second and third line quality controls- Maintaining close contact with internal and external clients in relation with the certification process- Maintaining close contact with the government and the accreditation body

- Releasing and reporting the results of the environmental laboratory- Managing customer files - Handling and follow up of complaints and introducing corrective and preventive actions- Participation in working sessions of the government and the reference laboratory for environmental analysis

Manager of a team of 30-40 chemists, divided into teams with different material expertise such as water, air and soil and different technical expertise such as chromatography, inorganic, organic and metal analysis:- Coordination and motivation of the chemists to optimize the accuracy and the efficiency of the examinations - Evaluation of the team members and defining the needs for education within the department- Automation and optimization of all aspects of the environmental laboratory- Managing customer files

- Managing a team of chemists, performing wet chemical analytical examinations in accordance with the environmental legislation and the relevant ISO standards- Responsible for the developing and implementation of procedures and working instructions to obtain and maintain the legal permission to perform the analysis and the relevant ISO standards- Making up the inventory, analyzing and reporting quality related problems and complaints - Planning, performing and reporting internal and external audits and relevant quality control checks
