While interning as an office manager at Pine Falls Life I am got insights into the company and its ongoing projects. I was responsible for preparing invoices and managing the weekly timesheets of the workers on MS Excel to assist the payroll clerk and also created invoices. Moreover, I used to search for potential customers by reviewing the tender websites to get more work orders and increase the revenues of the company. I prepared and managed all clients’ records through proper filing systems and dealt with customers directly in order to identify their clothing demands and strived to bring in huge orders.
