Hi, I’m Annie B, Fitness and Health Coach. I’ve devoted myself to fitness and health because I’ve been where you are. Diets that don’t work, snake oil supplements that provide barely-there, short-term results. Weight loss that only lasts until your next meal. And a near death experience that turned my entire world upside down. I’ve been there and through it.Now I’m on the other side: wiser, stronger, healthier, and happier. My experiences have taught me many lessons but one lesson I want to share me my clients is that “our health is our wealth.” Thus, I’ve made it my life’s mission to help guide others into becoming their healthiest and happiest through fitness and nutrition coaching.Additionally, I provide fitness and wellness workshops for small business to large corporations.
