Working in different service organizations during the last 10 years, whereof 8 as a manager, has given me experience of establish and develop businesses in a dynamic environment of customers with high demands on quality and delivery in both Sweden and Norway. I am used to plan and work in a flexible market with close contact to customers and suppliers and to adapt service offer to market trends. I have experience of managing and coaching personnel in different levels of the organization; managers, service engineers and service technicians.My background in the energy sector combined with the customers in the food-, petrochemical- and pharmaceutical segments I work close to today, has given me a good understanding of the service market both from a supplier and a customer perspective. As a manager, according to my colleagues, I am responsive and I make things happen. My strongest motivations are business development and marketing strategy and I know I have succeeded when my personnel surpass themselves.
