Archive 80% compare to target of Feb 2017• Drive more than 1500 (online) leads and 10,000 (offline) lead to convert for 2017.RESPONSIBILITY:• Defining the overall marketing strategy of the company including the Budget Allocation, media selection, launch/exit decisions, and sales support.• Custodian of all the marketing material that is developed within the organization• Drives Marketing Excellence by defining and driving the Brand Planning process for all brands (include English Center) and developing the marketing mix and calendar for the brands.• Building capability across the marketing team in planning, marketing processes, market research and communications. • Driving Sales Force engagement and training across 3000+ sales force using innovative training tools.

• Accountable for the overall profitability and the strategic plan of the centre• Lead sales and marketing activities to deliver sales and revenue target• Coordinate centre operation and services to achieve customer satisfaction and optimize customer experience• Manage centre facilities and equipments up to Apollo standards and brand guidelines• Provide leadership and direction to all staff (both local and expatriates) and be responsible for performances and developments of all staff of the centre

1- With budget assigned and in coordination with Marketing Manager, develop digital Marketing plan for assigned projects including planning, executing, monitoring, reporting (Site traffic, CTR, database (per campaign)2- In charge of website management, and promoting it to increase traffic and the ranking of Apollo over the competitors, especially CONTENT development for the website- Site traffic (source from Google Analytics)- Site content updated frequently and attractive- Site ranking (Google source)3- Manage SEO/SEM performance to increase Apollo’s search ranking on Google and site traffic Search ranking to be on the first page, top 5 and increase to number 1 over time 4- Utilize the online channels to support our campaigns and promote Apollo image including viral Marketing, online partnership, online activation campaigns, photo/content forums, etc… 5- Build relationship with the media and social networking site admin in order to seek for opportunities to promote Apollo image and product ranges 6- Administration management from contract, inventory, file management, to budget management (under the guidance of Marketing Manager) 7- Be the key contact person between Marketing Department and external suppliers and agencies from coordinating for contract signing, invoicing, payment process to follow up for reporting 8- Be knowledgeable on what’s in the market and what’s right and competitive in order to choose the best and the most competitive suppliers or agencies to work with 9- Perform other duties designated by the Line Manager.

Plan and manage Marketing projects from coordinating for implementation, controlling delivery of tasks, to project budget managing and analyzing the results and the effectiveness of the projectsProactively monitor the assigned Center’s performance in terms of Sales, inquiries and presentation of the Center (brand quality is met at the highest)Manage key partners to assure smooth implementation of partnerships and a good relationshipSupport in analyzing competitors and frequently update the competitive landscape in order to help Apollo keep up a stable and good speed against competitors.Assist in looking out for development and growth opportunities of Apollo in all aspects: increase brand exposure/awareness, increase database, etc…Perform other duties designated by the Line Manager
