- Direct operations of the onsite no-cost grocery program for Denver-area refugee, immigrant households by partnering with community organizations to lessen food waste and reduce food insecurity, supervise a team of 3 staff members and 18 weekly volunteers, oversee the program budget and grant allocation as well as accurately track inventory of food and supplies- Design and implement a system to incorporate the most culturally appropriate foods into the food pantry and conduct client surveys to ensure we are meeting the needs of the community - Steward sustainable growth of the program from 200 families to 350 families per week and increase distribution to an average of 26,000 pounds of food per month- Support the director of the organization's 5 acre community farm by managing communications for a 30 person CSA, operating two CSA pick up sites, and creating a weekly CSA informational newsletter with current harvest lists and relevant recipes- Manage a farmers market stand to sell farm produce, strengthen community partnerships and represent Project Worthmore in a local food setting

- Managed several CSA distribution sites in Colorado including distribution, customer interaction, and food intake/inventory- Pilot flexible pricing model at community food access mobile markets, therefore increasing affordability and accessibility of locally grown produce- Engage the greater Golden community in improving their understanding of the local food system -- including nutritional benefit of fresh, local foods and how to support farmers throughout the growing season
