Primary Responsibility: oversight and financial management of ADFAC, including 9 other staff members.Accomplishments & Activities• Serves as the chief executive officer for the corporation.• Responsible for staff oversight and management for all programs.• Provides recruitment, management, planning and educational support to 20-member board of directors, 4-member executive committee, and 8 committees consisting of more than 50 volunteers.• Responsible for implementation of plans, policies and oversight of the agency.• Provides business management, community relations, fundraising, donor relations, staff management, coordination for board of directors and committees.

Primary Responsibility: planning and implementation of the ADFAC School Supply Program that provided new school supplies for more than 1,200 K-12 students throughout Anderson County.
