Events planning responsibilities including budgeting, event topics formulation, speakers invitation, event promotion and onsite execution. Marketing Promotions - Work out timeline with certain interesting/eye-catching topics for event emailers sending out, draft emailer content and make sure emailer sent out on time to boost market - delegates tickets selling, sponsorship and booth selling. Business Development - Work out the sponsorship package/proposal for ICSC China and Asia-Pacific conference. Sponsors development for ICSC RECon Asia-Pacific conference, and China events. Targeted sponsors including shopping center owners, developers and service providers such as architectural design institutes, real estate consulting company.New membership development.

 Responsible for maintaining existing clients and develop potential clients in assigned cities in order to deliver advertising at Babytree website or APPs. To maintain relationships with existing clients by regular visiting, collect latest branding promotion demand from clients. And provide on-line advertising proposal to meet clients demands. To obtain new clients by industry research. The clients including but not limited to NESTLE, Samsung, Volkswagen, Sanofi.

 Organize full-scale conferences in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Hangzhou, Suzhou, Xi’an, Chengdu, Shenyang, Harbin, Dalian and New York City focused on the topic of IPO, cross-border M&A, TMT, Marketing, Capital Markets, etc. Lead the team for events management, conduct market research, event products planning, events promotion through online/offline channels. Draft content based upon market research and discussions with top industry practitioners to effectively gather relevant data and timely information on the above topics; Identify, build, & maintain long-term partnerships with key associations, media partners and corporate entities in China and the U.S. to best support and enhance projects internationally (e.g. Overseas Listed Companies, VC/PEs, Law Firms, Accounting Firms, Investment Banks, Stock Exchanges) ; Online and offline Events Promotion. Online Promotion including Weibo, Linkedin, Renren as well as press release publication through media partners and supporting organization channels; Undertake and follow up on multitask simultaneously, as well as communicate effectively with team mates; Communicating with key client and build up a long term collaboration relationship (e.g. AIG, PwC, ACCA, AC Nielsen, KPMG, RICS, European Chamber of Commerce, etc), providing proposal with customized events planning services upon various requirements from clients; Business development to acquire more sponsors for existed events/projects; Follow up on potential leads to develop new business; Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and motivate team members to produce results which exceed expectations; Organize event logistics throughout the life of the project.

 Cooperate with overseas travel agencies to provide quotation regarding their inquiries for tourist parties and business parties. Design all kinds of itineraries according to the guests’ requirements. Coordinate to solve all problems during each tour to make sure it’s smooth going. Keep in contact with inbound travel agencies, hotels, tourist restaurants etc. Assist manager in answering calls and welcoming visitors as receptionist. Responsible for exchange, settlement and sales with overseas banks.
