I create conditions for people to learn, grow, thrive, and lead.As a people leader, talent manager, educator, and coach, I find the sweet spot between empathy and accountability to inspire people’s deep thinking and self-awareness to increase their impact. As an instructional designer, I build dynamic, responsive, user-friendly learning experiences through lenses of multicultural competency, racial equity, principles of adult learning, and organizational values.I center people and learning in the intentional design of everything I do and use my strengths to catalyze people doing their best work as their fullest selves.The heart of who I am sits at the crossroads of empathy, integrity, community, and creativity. When I’m not working at my computer, I love to laugh, eat, travel, bake, take photos, read, play tennis, and raise two awesome future leaders. Fun Facts: I grew up internationally; I co-led a staff resource group for parents aspiring to raise advocates for racial equity; I co-hosted an internal (staff-facing) podcast series about living & leading through change; I read over 125 books/year and love creating community through the love of reading!
