My responsibilities as an Assistant Manager covered all aspects of sales management. This encompassed daily sales transactions, delivery confirmations, reconciliations and banking duties. I also managed deliveries, pricing, and stock control . Other duties included looking after returns, exchanges and alterations all to a standard of service.As the senior and most experienced member of the team, my input into visual merchandising and window display was actively sought and valued. I renewed the shop floor display every two weeks, showing the collections to its full advantage by showing a story line to maintain interest. I obtained my visual display training with LVMH in Paris.I have consistently achieved my personal targets, including those for sales achievement and service levels. I have built close and confident relationships with existing clients, using my knowledge of their tastes and styles to tailor a personal proposition for them.These skills have been invaluable in building new relationships, and many established clients came to treat me as their personal stylist.I trained many new members of the team in line with the Kenzo brand- its ethos and its processes, everything from philosophy, to sales skills, customer service and systems. I very much enjoyed the training, organizational and team-coordination aspects that were part of my work.
