Annie is a multidisciplinary designer, researcher, and strategist focused on accelerating climate action through systems change. At the intersection of biology, technology, and design, she develops objects, tools, and systems to facilitate cross-disciplinary collaboration, ask critical questions about the future of design, and translate meaningful discoveries from idea to impact. She is a recent graduate from the Brown | RISD Dual Degree Program, where she double concentrated in Biology and Behavioral Decision Sciences @ Brown University, and majored in Industrial Design @ the Rhode Island School of Design.Currently: Research Affiliate @ the Community Biotechnology Initiative (MIT Media Lab)Previously: The Engine Accelerator, NASA, Lifelong Kindergarten (MIT Media Lab), and Empath Labs.
