I currently work within the Civil Service as a Professionalisation Manager delivering career pathways for roles across our department including analysis and data science. I am working on a senior level to address key challenges in recruitment retention and upskilling of data exploitation staff. I am a qualified trainer regularly delivering training and leading on-boarding of new staff members. I have a passion for EDI and work as EDI champion in my team. I strive to promote neurodiversity awareness in my organisation using personal experience to inform my work. This role also includes HR responsibilities, involvement in management of risks and dependencies and project management. I am currently studying for a CIPD accredited Masters degree in Human Resources, giving me an in depth understanding of Human resources management. I have also attained a practitioner level qualification in Agile Project Management and a Level 3 qualification in Learning and Development. My academic study gives me the theoretical background to go in hand with my experience to deliver data and theory driven decisions. Prior to this role I worked in the same team as a Senior HR Liaison. Previously to joining the Civil Service I worked in recruitment sourcing and managing temporary staff for government clients across the south west. I managed the whole recruitment process for my clients from advertising to managing payroll once the candidate is in post. Following Graduation I completed a HR Intern under Leonard Cheshire’s Change 100 scheme at the IPO in South Wales . I have varied experience in everything from HR from to Events management to Sound design. I graduated in Creative Music Technology student at University of South Wales. I live and work in West Yorkshire.
