I am a highly experienced data-driven, operations leader, committed to optimizing processes and providing needed services to maximize effectiveness and drive excellence through my team-playing, supportive nature, attention to detail and ability to build trusting relationships.I have nearly 20 years of experience in operations analytics and sales enablement in the financial, e-commerce, federal government and healthcare sectors. As an Associate Director at Wayfair, I oversee the 50 person analytics team that supports the operations strategy and execution across multiple business units, including logistics, inventory, fulfillment, and customer service. I leverage my skills in process improvement, operations, and customer relationship management to deliver data-driven insights and recommendations that enhance operational efficiency and profitability. Prior to joining Wayfair, I was a Vice President at SSGA, where I led a team responsible for providing sales enablement tools and insights to support a 300-person global sales organization including field sales, internal sales and sales leadership. I worked closely with sales leaders to set sales goals and measure success via QBRs. I have a strong technical background in analytics starting from my degree from Villanova University in computer engineering followed by my years at Accenture working as a Business Intelligence Consultant. During my time at Fidelity, I rounded out those technical skills and became a product manager and owned the reporting portal used by hedge fund clients. I am currently pursuing an Executive MBA degree from Quantic School of Business and Technology, where I am expanding my knowledge and skills in business administration, leadership, and innovation. I am passionate about applying my analytical and operational expertise to create value and impact for Wayfair and its customers, partners, and stakeholders.
