Voice in a million stage a two night show at the Wembley SSE Arena each year for 5000 school children to join together from across the country, to have their voices heard and sing together alongside some guest artists and VIAMs own Stage Choir. Additional to this, there are local Summer Music Workshops held, and occasionally smaller regional shows up and down the country. Key Responsibilities:• Client and customer liaison.• Diary management for the creative director.• Rehearsal and workshop co ordination for the creative director and the assistant creative director. • Work closely with schools in organising their choirs for the event. Be their point of call whenever they needed help and being individually responsible 100+ schools at one time.• Organise the t-shirts for everyone attending the events. Making sure all have been allocated the correct sizes and amount prior to the show date.• Data entry and data gathering for marketing.• Marketing of all events including liaison with venues and guest artist management companies.• Working each year to organise the running of a 2 night show at Wembley SSE Arena• Work at each event to ensure a smooth running of the shows, speaking to school contacts with any queries, make sure all performers are on time for being on stage if necessary and above most, making sure each child leaves happy.• Working closely with venue staff with any needs. • Liaise with artists to ensure they have everything needed and build a business relationship• Making sure registrations of all cast/staff are correct, and ticketing organisation for shows.• Assisting with Voice in a Millions Stage Choir rehearsals and auditions. Including, helping the children with their music and assisting the creative director with my input of the auditions.• Be the point of call for any customer queries or needs whilst in the office and at the shows.• Assisting the creative director with any other needs.
