The project coordinators primary responsibility was contributing to the completion and success of projects associated with grants, NMC online and face-to-face programs, and provide research and writing support for publications. Specific job duties are: • Liaise with NMC Staff to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.• Coordinate grant activities to support project goals.• Help prepare and maintain project proposals, timeframes, schedule, and budget.Specific projects completed to date:NMC Digital Learning Initiative (funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation Postsecondary Success initiative)• Co-managed the NMC's Digital Learning Initiative to increase access and equity across higher ed by identifying and scaling promising technologies through a series of events and reports• Designed content and curated expert speakers for online, interactive webinar series around challenges in higher education; moderated attendee breakout discussions aimed to devise strategies to help overcome these challenges• Managed NMC's social media platforms and website to promote and share accomplishments of the organizations Digital Learning Initiative• Developed programming for 15 educational conferences, including 3 workshops aimed at leveraging network partners assets to scale digital learning resources• Co-authored - Scaling Solutions to Higher Education’s Biggest Challenges: An NMC Horizon Project Strategic Brief (2016); Scaling Solutions Across Higher Education Toolkit (2017); To a Degree: A Higher Ed Podcast, Episode 8: Student Voices – Getting In, Getting Through and Looking Beyond (2017)NMC Horizon Report series:• Co-authored - Innovating Language Education: An NMC Horizon Project Strategic Brief (2016); NMC Horizon Report: 2017 Higher Education Edition; NMC/CoSN Horizon Report: 2017 K–12 Edition

• Spearhead a wide variety of upcoming projects’ calls to action, specifically in the language technology sphere• Conduct and prepare an environmental scan of publicly available information for the launch of a project’s strategic briefs• Co-author annual international reports about developments in technology for higher education institutions • Research trends and advances in immersive learning environments and adaptive technologies

• Assist students living on campus regarding their living situation. • Manage key changes, equipment rentals, roommate changes, etc.• Manage the front desk of the dormitory - logging packages, mail, answering phones. etc.

• Interviewed beneficiaries of the program to collect data on their experiences to be later used for consulting purposes• Formatted and submitted multiple sets of data pertaining to the program to further assist program director, Dr. Kelly

• Assisted the University of Texas in raising funds to meet the annual operating expenses.• Experience calling donors, non-donors, and parents to rally funds to support colleges on campus. • Trained to talk to alumni in a persuasive and eloquent manner.• Raised over $8,000 for The Univeristy of Texas at Austin.• Created schedules.
