Including: • Strategic Planning – build out yearly, quarterly, monthly plans in alignment with product marketing, promo, ecommerce and sales team to meet forecasted key business indicators within allocated budget. • CRM Implementation – business lead on new CRM implementation including business requirements, database design, documentation, report functionality. Lead in SAS MA for Email and Direct Mail structure and communications plan. • Project Lead – point for any new communication, or project that requires an email communication to customer. Projects can include new integrations with website, transactional XML email or integration for special event.• Email Team Management – responsible for managing four email team members, as well as daily email production, audience selection and campaign execution.

Responsible for overseeing technical, production, strategic programs for enterprise retail clients.• Client Management – Day to day owner of client relationship to eBay Enterprise Marketing Solutions and the success of their enterprise-level email marketing efforts. Including overall client satisfaction, internal resource allocation for implementation, production, web applications, and technical / strategic process documentation. Client management has included following brands Christopher & Banks, Petco, The North Face, Lucy Activewear, Lee Jeans, Wrangler, and Vans. • Project Management – manage multiple projects of varying size from implementation to ad-hoc web applications including planning and control of time, scope, cost, change, quality and risk. Maintain timely, consistent communication and documentation for internal and client teams including business requirements documentation for reference to SQL queries and QA log. • Strategy and Analytics - drive quarterly strategic business review for select clients including in-depth review of promotional and transactional email marketing efforts with focus on acquisition, segmentation, and lifecycle management. • Financial Management – responsible for project scope and managing all client work requests, monthly invoicing and maximizing current budget.
