Aside to preparation of proposals, I was in charged of presenting the Business Development activities during the monthly department meetings and updating various divisions to ensure that they are in line with their target KPIs. During the tender preparation stage, ensure that the proposed fees are being benchmarked against past similar projects and being reviewed before any board meetings. Preparation of the presentation materials prior to any tender interview to ensure that the team are well organised and prepared for the interview with the client.
