Responsible for events, community outreach, grants and foundation giving for Child's Voice. Works with the Director of Individual and Corporate Giving to set the strategy for the Advancement Team at Child's Voice.

As the Advancement Coordinator at Child's Voice I am responsible for executing our special events to raise funds to support our mission. These include an annual golf outing, gallery night, and third party events. I also work to process donations and gifts.

As SU Support Specialist I work with girl and adult scouts in 7 predetermined service areas in the Southwest suburbs. I act as liaison between the areas and the council. I attend their meetings and keep them up to date on all information coming from council.

As the Merchandising Manager for Fleet Feet Sports Chicago I oversee all the visual elements in the 7 Chicagoland locations. I travel between stores and work with merchandisers to create a continuity to each store. I also work to develop new ways to showcase footwear, apparel and accessories that can help to increase sales and make it an environment that is easy to shop and understand. My manager duties also include overseeing the sales floor at times and working with customers on weekends.

I began with Athleta as a seasonal sales associate. After 5 months of hard work and great customer service and visual merchandising I was promoted to Assistant Manager. I worked side by side with the visual manager to learn the skills necessary to execute a new flow of product. When the visual manager moved to another store I was promoted to Visual Manager. I worked with a visual team of associates to map out the flow of the store for each new flow of products. I also worked with the same team to execute the processing of new product, getting the product to the sales floor and dressing/styling mannequins. I also dealt with the business side and compiled sales numbers in order to best drive business into the store. On a sales side I spend many hours each week working with customers and leading the team of associates on the sales floor. Leadership skills include setting goals for associates, directing associates and making sure customers are the first priority.
