My administrative duties include but are not limited to:• Business Park sustainability efforts/ maintenance• Tenant Event Coordinator• Charity Drive Coordinator • Invoicing/accounting • Tenant /vendor certificate of insurance management• Maintaining key logs• Spearheading the switch from paper invoice filing to electronic • Retaining important tenant information and managing their needs via the tenant request portal• Phones and front-desk service
