In my last role I was employed as a Sales Negotiator for allen & harris, part of Skipton Building Society. In that rolei would carry out Market appraisals, viewings and was responsible for progressing sales through to completion, making sure both parties are updated every step of the way and ensuring the sale progresses swiftly and professionally. I had also taken on a lot of the administration role as my previous experience in this field allowed me to assist the Branch Manager in keeping our property files and computer systems compliant for audit checks and regular vendor visits. My role was heavily targeted, and I held the best figures for the Wells office on Market Appraisals and Mortgage appointments. I worked daily to keep on track of my targets and ensure that by the end of the month I have hit or beaten each target. i did this by organising my days around my appointments ensuring i had time to get into the office and have a focused call out.
