·Leading and driving multiple commodities of IT (including hardware, software and IT outsourcing service related), FM (including office area and R&D center labs building construction, decoration and maintenance, daily consumable purchasing), MRO (including lab instruments maintenance, PPE, office area and R&D center labs consumables related purchasing), Logistics (including express and laboratory chemicals transportation ) and utilities (mainly including water, electricity, and natural gas related) related procurement by following compliance requirements and indirect sourcing policy guidelines and strategies for supplier management, contract signing and management, risk control management, commercial negotiations, payment deadline extension, cash flow improvement and process optimization to reach budget management, saving target, quality and time-to-project agreed with the stakeholders and in line with the defined sourcing strategy.·Management, monitor, and analysis actual spend, explain variances, and advise on existing available budget.·Driving and monitoring cost reduction plans all along the commercial lifetime of the projects.·Reporting of sourcing responsibility and KPI to GE Corp global sourcing leader.
