Managed 2 key projects, the first creating a SEO strategy by creating a keyword bank and using website analysis tools to conduct tests and measure the efficiency of navigation, bearing in mind the ability to locate key content. The second, a competive analysis piece discussing value and gaps across socials in line with LBMA's social strategies. Created a series of reports surmising actionable suggestions.Assisted also with social posts and mailbox management.

Managing their Customer Advocacy programme for EMEA, UKG Insiders: organising reference requests and calls, nurturing customer relationships, overseeing the gifting programme, actively recruiting and onboarding customers, and regular enrichment and reporting of data.Too, within the HR & Innovation Team, I aid with content mapping for campaigns, understanding excel and asset management, and engage in competitive intelligence monthly reports.

Supervised the website marketplaces for their dresses (such as ETSY, Goddiva and Silkfred). Constantly uploaded products after new photoshoots, managing and organising content. Also worked with editing software such as Adobe Photoshop to standardise images and kept note of stock and returns on excel files.
