Inventory control and quality assurance was the department I was in. It consisted of counting the amount of items in a bin. I had to be fast and accurate. Also did ad-hoc on bins that were defective, damaged items out, problem solved bins using a computer, put lost items back where they belonged. The main focus of this department was to make sure the virtual inventory and physical inventory matched while maintaining a high rate of speed and 100% accuracy.

Processing returns for multi million dollar clients. Liaison between vendor\manufacturer and client. Multitasked on a computer using email, Microsoft Word, the vendor return software and company specific software to facilitate the return in the fastest way possible.
