• Designed MEL Process of the UN Women Asia Pacific & Oxfam Myanmar leadership training program 'Inclusive Development and Empowerment of Women in Rakhine State.' The programs aims were to support and develop women's skills and confidence to participate in and influence public life , as well as facilitate community engagement and increase public awareness of women’s needs and challenge discriminatory attitudes, values and behaviours that marginalize women. • Individual Interview and focus group discussions with participants and staff facilitators of the programme. Designed & facilitated two staff reflection workshops and wrote final evaluation report.

Akhaya Women is a Myanmar women's organisation campaigning for gender equality and the implementation of laws to enable a safe environment for women to live in.• Facilitated strategic planning sessions on communications & advocacy regarding the proposed Prevention of Violence against Women (PoVAW) government bill.• Supported Training of Trainers curriculum design for women's sexual health programme delivered in rural communities. • Wrote successful funding bid to Women's fund Asia for the 'Amplifying Voices' fund, €100,000.
