As a business student at California State University, Long Beach, I am passionate about learning and applying the principles and practices of supply chain management. I recently received my bachelor's degree in business administration, with a focus on supply chain management, after completing my associate of science degree in economics at Orange Coast College.I have over six years of experience in customer service, working as a server at Tommy Bahama. I have developed strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to handle high-pressure and fast-paced situations. I have also demonstrated my initiative and adaptability by promoting products, engaging customers, and processing transactions using various systems and methods.
