• Maintaining and managing file bound automated AP system. This includes managing, sorting and verifying vendor billing information through the software.• Match suppliers’ invoices to purchase order in pronto and reconcile account payable transaction to ensure vendors balance are correct.• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.• Ensure the simple and effective account payable process including reconciliation, receiving, checking invoices, document discrepancies and matching invoices to purchase order is in place.• Closely liaise with company department regarding outstanding invoices/credit note and purchase order. This involved forwarding invoice internally where purchase order has not been receipted and resolving potential issues.• Ensure account payable processes are efficient by providing ongoing training support to employees.• Monitor vendors account to ensure that all payment is up to date.• Maintain regular communication with external supplier and company sites.• Releasing payment to employee for approved expense claims• Prepare and process electronic transfer and payment.• Process credit application for vendors. This includes filled form, approval and created account in the system. After new account created inform all sites.• Raising purchase order for Finance department• Account Receivables.
