Nokomis provides post-adjudication, prepayment claims accuracy and review services to health plans and self-funded employers. Its three-step process – proprietary automated review, experienced coder analysis, and records review – allows Nokomis to find coding errors and unsupported claims other companies miss, often amounting to 10% or more of the medical spend.I began my career as a teacher and in customer service with Regis and was promoted into Human Resources and operational roles. My interesting career path has provided me with a valuable insights and practical applications to understand the customer and help them resolve their issues successfully.
