Equity Consulting Network is a team of Professional Development Consultants, Trainers, Community Organizers, Social Workers and Mentor/Life Coaches. We represent a racially and culturally diverse network of people with expertise in providing organizational development consulting, racial/social justice & equity training, personal/professional coaching and a range of other consulting services.

Contract with non-profit & philanthropic organizations, education institutions, state, and community groups to provide consultation & training, facilitate short & long term organizational planning (programs, policies & practices), train & support teams within institutions to analyze racial inequities to develop and implement strategies for internal/external change. The People'™s Institute for Survival and Beyond (PISAB), is a national and international collective of anti-racist, multicultural community organizers and educators dedicated to building an effective movement for social transformation. Through Undoing Racism/Community Organizing Workshops, PISAB helps individuals, communities, organizations and institutions focus on effectiveness in accomplishing desired goals and outcomes in relation to advancing institutional change for equity.

As Shelter Director, oversaw operations of 17-bed, 24-hour battered women’s shelter program. • Hired, supervised, and staffed shelter and 24-hour crisis hotline; provided team with required support to meet culturally appropriate needs of shelter’s clients through effective policies and procedures. • Supported shelter guest in housing, welfare, medical, legal, and employment issues as Shelter Advocate. • Collaborated in development and revision of shelter policies and procedures and multicultural organizational plan including development of focus groups.
