We have six different breeds here, from the popular Shire to the Clydesdale, the Suffolk Punch, the Percheron, Brabant and Ardennes. They are stunningly beautiful horses, and are fabulous riding horses too!We offer a variety of experiences from 1 1/2 hours to a full week Holiday. We specialise in Riding Experiences with the emphasis on a cross between a tour and a riding lesson: with such stunning scenery the tour just has to be done; the lesson, well, we like people to walk away knowing that they have learned something...they have been invested in. I started working with horses after a lifetime of travelling and Nursing. We also have a small herd of Belted Galloway cows. The small campsite has been landscaped to allow development, which has developed into bell rents and now Wigwam Lodges, and our yurt based 'The Roundhouse', let thru Airbnb. Took over Baystone Bank Farm along with a fledgling campsite in 2015, have worked hard to make the site user friendly and viable; Terraces, Hard standings, better paths and tracks, improved facilities, electrical hook ups, all have made this small pretty site an amazing destination, which is now starting to become popular having had rave reviews. It includes the very popular 'The Roundhouse' which is marketed efficiently and well through Airbnb.

Work closely with CT , winning Cumbria's Best Tourism Experience in 2010. then the North West Tourism Awards (same category) then the National Award for Best Tourism Experience in 2011.
