I started upholstery in 1997 under apprentice with a gentleman who taught me the basics of the trade.Fred Slack was such a patient man, helping me when I needed it and allowing me mistakes in learning.I have been in steady work for these last 25 years.I love taking my clients projects on making their items into keepsakes.I enjoy envisioning their idea and turning it into a finished project.Working with many types of fabrics, wood and leather keep the projects new with each one being different from the others.From antiques to modern furniture. Automotive upholstery, headliners, door panels …RV’s, boat, motorcycle and more.Making small project are also enjoyable as I make miniature dog harnesses, pet snuggle bags, bonding bags, clothing, up-cycled jean purses, aprons and other items.If my client is willing to pay for the work I’ll do my best to do the job right.
