My second rotation was supporting the Private Bank on the National Reporting and Analytics team. During this role, I produced the Weekly Balance Change and Flow process which reported on Assets Under Management, Deposits, Credit, Custody and Brokerage across 7 Divisions and 37 Markets, distributed to over 400 associates and Senior Management. I used Power Query to automate and streamline parts of the weekly report, increasing efficiency and adding additional details. I generated monthly expense research and reports distributed to Business Finance Officers (BFO’s) in order to help BFO’s reconcile data and provide details to their respective divisions. I tracked PCA’s who left the bank for 12 months after their departure to determine how much of their book of business remained at the bank after their departure and used information to calculate an attrition rate. I managed the offshore team acting as their main point of contact and checking their work for accuracy before distributionI worked closely with the Philanthropy team and conducted weekly and monthly reporting, as well as analysis on top movers. I revamped the loan fee report by working directly with the Credit finance team in order to ensure accurate and efficient reports

As an Analyst in the Finance Management Analyst Program, I have had the opportunity to work in two different rotations.The first year was in Global Banking and Markets where I supported Futures and Options and Over the Counter Clearing. During this role, I was responsible for generating daily, weekly and monthly balance sheet and p&l reports, and responding to a broad range of commentary, distributed to a wide spread of businesses and senior management. Lastly, I provided detailed analysis on client profitability with in depth monthly reports, provided to the front office.
