- Creating workflows for link exchange with partners by link insertion- Finding new partners, reaching out and helping them to onboard, maintaining a bigger scale of the link exchange network - Communicating directly with clients and contributing a link-building plan based on their references

- Working closely with the Account Manager to strategy link- building plans for the clients- Planning out and controlling the monthly link exchange strategy with partners - Coming up with solutions to optimize the team workflow- Supervising content writers' working schedules and assigning tasks to them
