Additionally, my husband and I have successfully purchased investment properties and managed rentals for 24 years so I am familiar with the ins and outs of that market and feel confident in guiding an investor to a new property.While I love touring houses and property, I also enjoy watching the market and seeing what is happening in our area as well as around the country so I can share that knowledge with you.Most importantly, my passion is matching people with their place by listening and working hard to help them meet their real estate goals.
