Provide proactive consultative services to RTI’s General and Administrative, Health Solutions, and Discovery Science Technology business units.•Consult and educate hiring managers on proactive recruiting plans that support the current hiring needs and to identify key talent to support future business development.•Research and develop effective recruiting plans for assigned areas•Manage the job requisition process to include sourcing, interviewing, relocation and negotiating job offers.•Provide compensation analysis and salary recommendations•Ensure hiring initiatives are in compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) laws and with the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) regulations and educate managers on these laws and regulations.•Work closely with targeted universities, colleges and associations to develop strategic working relationships

The Client Delivery Specialist (CDS) is a member of the larger Client Dedicated Delivery team assigned to a specific client or set of clients. This role completes tasks within the Manpower Service Delivery process, typically with a focus on a specific area of that process: order receipt and management, candidate selection and onboarding, schedule management, time and expense management, associate management, and/or client reporting and data reconciliation. This role owns specific tasks and routinely works with either a Client Delivery Professional or Client Delivery Manager to deliver overall service to a client.Other duties include:- Engage/contact candidate pool to confirm availability.- Match candidates to open job orders or schedules.- Coordinate order fulfillment flow to ensure timely and compliant starts.- Perform client-specific candidate eligibility/compliance requirements.- Perform onboarding duties of new hires.- Perform orientation & training of new hires.- Confirm daily/shift associate attendance and address associate absenteeism and tardiness.- Coordinate weekly associate time capture, hiring manager approval, payroll/billing processing, reconciliation and adjustments.- Communicate, update and maintain associate assignment changes.- Compile data, scrub data, and create internal and client reporting.- Address overall client and associate issue resolution as directed by Client Delivery Manager.

• Responsible for all dry land work outs for swimmers ages 4-18yrs• Developing and implementing training plans for the age groups or swimmers• Maintain a safe pool environment during practices and meets• Facilitate communication with parents and swimmers about upcoming events through the use email, phone, and social media • In charge of administrative duties for team; answer phones and provide customer service for members

• Guard in single and multiple lifeguard environments; respond to emergencies following YMCA policy & procedures• Maintain pool chemistry and a safe pool environment• Provide customer service to members in a professional and timely manner• Responsible for coaching the swimming days of both adult and kids triathlon clubs by writing workouts that helped each individual reach their goals

• Supervised and completed performance evaluations on staff• Prepared and implemented daily program schedule• Responsible for planning all weekly activities within program budget • Communicated with parents and kept them updated and informed about the weekly activities
