As an intern I worked with Protection of Civilians expert Dwight Raymond on a collaborative White Paper on Operationalizing R2P for the International Atrocity Prevention Working Group (IAPWG). I also worked on an annotated bibliography for Protection of Civilians that can be found on the Stability Operations Lessons Learned and Information Management System (SOLLIMS) website. The Peacekeeping and Stability Operations Institute (PKSOI) is the only Peacekeeping and Stability Operations organization under DoD and has enabled global operations and gathered lessons for 25 years. PKSOI provides policy expertise at the strategic and operational levels to mitigate state fragility and to prevent, contain, and resolve armed conflict.

Prepared and filed 2,000 H1-B petitions for fiscal year 2017 CAP season. I prepared and filed National Interest Waivers, O-1 extraordinary nonimmigrant petitions, and EB1-A extraordinary ability permanent residency petitions.

Researched federal and state government educational legislations and policies. Gathered information on federal and state level educational organizations. Attended legislative meetings regarding federal education policies such as the ESEA. Organized and created internal memos on meetings.

I filed and prepared U-Visas, 42-B documents, and court motions for clients. Met with clients to discuss respective cases and relevant issues that had critical impact on their success. Finished an average of one case per week.
