I work under the talent acquisition team and my Responsibilities included Global Talent Acquisition, Sourcing, Data Management & Following up with candidates.

• Reviewed applications and paperwork/collected all necessary documents, and onboarded candidates.• Screened resumes, scheduled and conducted interviews• Maintained accurate employee records

• Providing daily HR assistance to employees, handling inquiries, and resolving concerns related to benefits, policies, and procedures.• Overseeing the performance review process by establishing objectives, conducting assessments, and monitoring progress.• Creating and implementing recruitment strategies aimed at attracting a diverse pool of well-qualified candidates.• Coordinating the recruitment process, including interview scheduling and facilitating new employee onboarding.• Collaborating with managers to grasp staffing requirements and position specifications.• Utilizing a variety of recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals, for candidate sourcing.• Supporting compliance with employment regulations, including monitoring employee leave and upholding affirmative actionplans.• Preserving HR documents and records, including employee files and records of benefit enrollment and modifications
