Between 2012 and 2015 I was on the board of Omnigon in Melbourne. As a member of the board of directors, I participate in company decision-making and strategic planning, and work with the team to drive the company's development and growth. I have gained a wealth of management experience and business insights during this time. From 2015 to present, I have had the honor of serving as Executive Vice President at Airwallex in New York. At Airwallex, I am responsible for strategic planning and execution, leading the team to achieve the company's goals and vision. I actively communicate and collaborate with partners and customers to develop markets and ensure the company's continued growth. During this time in my career I have worked on several key projects and commercial collaborations. By working with teams of different backgrounds and cultures, I have learned to be flexible and problem-solving, and have good team management and leadership skills. In terms of promoting the company's business development and innovation, I have always maintained a keen business insight and strategic vision. I also possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels. I am good at analyzing market trends and business opportunities, formulating strategic plans, and leading the team to implement them, and have achieved considerable results. I am passionate about continuous learning and growth, constantly improving my abilities and knowledge. I hold a degree in Business Management and am constantly updating and expanding my skills and knowledge by attending workshops and training courses.
