As a Major Donor Fundraising Account Manager at Odell, Simms & Lynch (OSL), I am responsible for developing and managing fundraising strategy for a variety of clients. I currently work with four organizations, The Dwight D. Eisenhower Memorial Commission, The National Aviation Hall of Fame, National History Day, and The Museum of the American Revolution. Working directly with the senior most leadership at each organization, I work to execute all aspects of the development process, with a focus on raising 6-, 7-, and 8-figure gifts. In addition to cultivating, soliciting and stewarding relationships with high net worth individuals and leadership at Fortune 500 companies nationwide, I work directly with corporate CSR and Community Relations teams, as well as corporate and private foundations. Other main elements of my daily work include planning and organizing key cultivation and fundraising events, creating marketing collateral, developing proposals, assisting and advising in public relations, and managing an internal team of coordinators and researchers.During my time at OSL, I have previously worked with The National Coast Guard Museum Association, The American Air Museum, The March of Dimes, the U.S. Navy Memorial and Heritage Center, the German-American Aviation Heritage Foundation, The Ronald W.
