- Implementing turnkey projects by engaging with customer end users to develop customised solutions using detailed operational workflows and engaging with internal technical teams to deliver required functionalities and other features on time and on budget.- Responsible for managing implementation consultants to ensure proper planning and delivery of projects, and supporting such assignments with detailed industry expertise and insights.- Responsible for managing assigned accounts by developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders, performing regular joint customer account reviews and working to identify new business opportunities among existing customers.- Supporting marketing team in a technical sales role to identify and develop project scope of work based on customer needs and requirements.
